You can add pictures in your mp3 songs and change the title ,album and artist name easily.
First of all download Tag Scanner Software from the above link and install tag scanner .

After installation open tag scanner .
1: Click on tag adder button then a pop up window appear now click on Browse button and select the specific folder where you save mp3 songs.
2: Your all mp3 songs are added in the list now you select the songs that you want to change the picture.
3: Fill all the boxes tile,album ,artist etc
4: Scroll down and select the first Icon when you select the icon a popup window appear now you select the picture that you want to add in the song then click on save button and you have done this .
Now play your song and enjoy
